Rasa mcm terajin skit kot...
- Nk bw bekal sandwich sardin with alot of salad.....
- Lunch plak ingat nk meratah sayur or ikan bakar or tomyam....
- Plan nak beli fruits esok....
Ada kawan, rasa semangat skit......
Tapi, bila balik umah ptg nanti yg takut....
Takut terbabas lak menu dietku.....
Menu for dinner, esok pikir semula...
Harap2 xder la yg ajak saya pi breakfast esok.....
Kalau ada yg ajak, mesti terGODA!!!!

mimi.. balance ka diet tu? aku rasa hg akan sentiasa lapaq ja, so bila nmpk makanan apa yg menariks sure nak balun sume beb! check betoi2 kaiihh... apapun aku sokong plan diet hg. caiiyyookk!
