Diet setelah insaf.... Day 2

Bangun pagi - 1/2 biji lemon + air suam... MASAM nak mampuih....


Breakfast - Low fat milk + GNC


Lunch - Sup ayam tp ba.........nyak sayur


Dinner: Low fat milk + GNC... Tak tau knapa, mcm ter'suka' lak...

Supper: 2 cawan teh O


Workout: Skipping 303 kali... Target 500x tp tak tercapai... Kalau rajin, stgi buat lg... Tp nmpk gayanya mcm malas jer...


p/s: berat sebelum insaf xdpt dipamerkan sbb antara syarat 99 HTN - dah tak leh pamerkan berat anda toward the end of the contest... Apa yg pasti, dah naik dari previous weight.... huhuhu....
