Day 19 - 99 HTN

Harini dh kembali ke pangkal jalan...
Breakfast:
Low fat milk + HBL Cappucino = 150 kcal

Lunch
HBL Tropical + apple ijau + pisang = 85 + 35 + 121 = 241kcal (mak aih... byknyer)

Ptg
Sandwich sardin = 85 kcal (roti sekeping ajer-lipat 2)

Dinner
Sandwich sardin = 170 kcal (roti 2 kpng)

TOTAL CALORIES INTAKE = 646 kcal....

Minum air byk harini - 3 liter......

p/s: harini mkn skit ajer sbb my hubby xder kt umah....
Masak simple jer utk anak2.....
