TIMBANGAN 1

Setelah 1 minggu on-off menahan kalori...
Ada gak la penurunan....
Dah la xbleh exercise segala...
(Hello Mimi, tgn xpatah na, bleh je exercise tp malas)
Sebelum ni 66.5kg...
La ni 65.3kg....
Al-hamdulillah... Kena tingkatkan usaha sbb turun xtera mana........
