Mari Membaca....

Harini saya nak habiskan bacaan journal saya....
Kat umah xbleh nak concentrate...
Kapla otak sy xbleh fokus bila mengingatkan kain xlipat, baju xgosok, pinggan xbasuh, etc....
Walaupun konon2 siapkan kerja2 kt umah dulu, tp sbnrnya kerja kt umah xpernah selesai....

Makanya, saya bawa Alya n Aisya ke library....
Perpustakaan Awam kat Kulim ni kecik jer....
Tp ok la utk budak2 ber2 ni....


Posing dulu kt pasu depan pintu masuk....
Anak2, setakat pasu camni posing kat umah kita pun boleh....


Smpai mencangkung nk pilih buku


Aisya nk pilih buku....


'Ralit' membaca....


Ni apa, kakak? Asyik bertanya kat kakak dia, smpai kakak naik bebai sbb xbleh nk baca.... Sian Aisya kan....


Ubah tempat lak, kt meja... Kacau mama lak....


Yaya nak pinjam buku ni....


Aisya baca bukan main kuat, bila sy tegur, dok tanya pasaipa xbleh baca kuat2?
Kan kat cni kita kena baca?
Anak2 sy mmg baca kuat2, xreti lagi baca dalam hati.... Dah terbiasa kat tadika n umah...


Atas pentas pun si Alya belasah melepak....


Lastly, Aisya surrender dah mengantuk....
Jom kita balik, ma....
Alya tak mau balik lg - buku dia baca xabih lg, tp memandangkan sy pinjam buku yg dia xabih baca tu, dia pun OK jer...

Hasilnya, depa dpt pinjam 2 buah buku....
Saya masih belum berjaya menghabiskan journal sy memandangkan sy pun pulun jugak cari buku untuk Alya n Aisya dari rak ke rak...
Adik, ni best...
Kakak, yg ni best gak...
Yg ni best, yg nu best, satu muka surat pun journal xabih baca....

Hari Isninku yg lalu = 1st day 3DDP

Pagi2 lagi my hubby ajak kami semua temankan dia ke bank....
Aduh.... Malasnya...
Tp terpaksa jugak sbb lepas pi bank, dia ajak ke Depoh Petronas temankan dia sign surat apa tah - pastu pi Sunway Carnival....
Hippie.....
Suka la budak2 tu....

Punya la lama tunggu abah ni.....

Alya n Aisya pun dah naik bosan...
Abih segala pamplet dibaca n belek....
Dah xlarat main game "Cuba kakak/adik cari?????" Sbb mak depa ni dh xdk idea nak suruh cari benda.... Segala benda dlm bank tu depa dah jumpa....
Alih2, sy bg hset, pakat2 amik gambaq....
Tak pa la, asal jgn nakal2 dah...

Inilah hasil kerja mereka berdua.....



Kami meneruskan aktiviti kami seterusnya ke Petronas lak....
On the way, budak2 dh kelaparan....
Nak KFC katanya.... Drive-Tru jer.....
Alamak!!!! Abih dietku....
Tp nasib baik kt KFC ada Garden Salad....


Thousand Island sy boh skit jer tau....

Abih jer kerja my hubby selesai, kami ke Sunway Carnival la plak....
Tak ramai org...
Best la berjalan....
Kebetulan ada promosi, utk pembelian berapa RM ke atas tah, bleh naik kuda pusing2 ni free....
Alya n Aisya punya la syok... Gediks xingat.... Maklum la, kuda tu kt tengah2 lobby, mmg teringin sungguh la kanak2 nak naik....


Tp budak ber2 ni komplen la plak, pasaipa sat sgt....
Hehehehe.... Nama pun free anak2 oit... Sapa nak bg hampa bertenggek kat kuda tu lama-lama....

Tak ikut sgt sbb xbrapa sihat...
Hari 1st, mmg seksa u....
2nd day n 3rd days kira OK la jugak....
Tp xworkout lgsg...
Skipping rope sy tah ke mana-mana dah ni....
Huhuhuhu.....


Akhirnya berjaya menginjak ke angka 8 gak... Walaupun bila dibundarkan masih lg 59.... Huhuhuhu......

Seperti yg telah diminta, saya up-load berat terkini pada pagi ini....

Oh.... Tidak....
Harapnya detox plan saya berjaya utk menurunkan beberapa kg.... (amboi harapan tinggi melangit)

Konsert Alya n Aisya 2009

Semalam, 12 Dis 2009 - Alya n Aisya ada event....
Event besaq la konon2nya utk depa berdua ni... Year End Consert 2009... Kebanyakan kindy dah lama buat konsert kan... Tapi depa ni baru nak wat...
Mengikut kata teacher, mmg sengaja konsert ni dilakukan during cuti sekolah, sbb nak habiskan silibus dulu kononnya...
Ish... Ish... Ish... Silibus umur 5 n 4 tahun pun byk ek???? Tak kisahla, janji anak2 sy boleh membaca, mengira, enjoy, ok la tu....

Angah, Achik, Nekma, Nani, Mami, Papa, Addy, A-A, Qaseh & Sari - sekali dgn sy n my hubby smua pakat turun padang bg sokongan moral utk Alya, Aisya, Ainin n Sarah.... Achik kata, konsert family kita jer ker ni....
Hehehehehe.....


Ni depa pakat2 dok nyanyi nasyid - My Mother.... Alya n Aisya pakai baju kosong purple bertudung pink n purple tu... Cousins depa pun ada gak - Ainin (baju putih - tudung hitam) n Sarah (baju kosong merah hati - bertudung itam)


Ni Alya dok tengah menari tradisional - lagu Lodeh Mak Lodeh...
Ainin pun ada.....

Aisya lak dapat Best English Reading for 4 years old...
Al-hamdulillah, dan mama n abah ni kena la bagi rewards kat anak2 nih.... Sebagai pembakar semangat untuk terus berusaha....

Lama xmakan pizza katanya...
Siap buat perjanjian, mama kena makan yer...

Dalam xlalu nak makan tu, saya bedal 2 slices pizza tu....
Tu dalam xlalu... xder selera kononnya....
Gamaknya kalau lalu, berselera, mau sekotak kot sy makan...
Makanya, TAK DE MAKNANYA konon2 saya ni xder selera nak makan...
Hahahahaha....

Saya TERTIPU.....

Bangun jer tido sblm mandi, naik scale dulu....
Biasanya setiap hari Khamis berat akan direkodkan....
Dan dengan terkejut 'bewak'nya, sy mendapati scale saya menunjukkan angka seperti berikut:


Alangkah terkezutnya saya dgn angka tersebut.....
Saya naik 4-5 kali tetapi scale masih menunjukkan angka yg sama....
Adalah tidak lojik sbb last week berat saya adalah 59.8kg...
Takkan drop byk sgt mcm TBL Asia macam kat Hallmark Channel tu...
Makanya saya OFF dulu, dan naik semula....

To All My Friends and Ladies Out There........

Terutama sekali mereka yg mmg berhajat nak buat detox tu aku syorkan korang untuk try 3 day detox plan dulu sebelum pergi ke 7 day detox plan.Sebab aku tahu ramai yang kantoi half way hehehehehe..Menurut kata my friend (She's a doctor) if we really..really..really follow the menu...mmg confirm boleh turun berat sebanyak 2-5 kg dlm 3 hari...wow sound good right? so untuk memeriahkan lagi..i nak ajak korang detox beramai-ramai dgn syarat2 nya..(hehehehe ada syarat lagi tu)

1. Sila tinggal kan nama dan blog's url dlm my comment's box

2. Sila list down menu sepanjang 3 hari detox

3.Timbang berat sebelum dan selepas (Gambar sila publish dlm blog masing2)

4.Mesti Jujur pada diri sendiri (Kalo tipu..itu urusan kamu dgn "DIA")

5.Kalau kantoi 1/2 way..sila buat pengakuan dlm blog masing2 ( ala2 99HTN)

6.Tak ada yuran penyertaan...cuma ada special token from me after CHRISTMAS kepada mereka yang berjaya menurunkan berat sebanyak 3kg ke atas.

7.Kepada mereka yg tidak berjaya korang dikehendaki meletakkan 24hrs sticky note dlm blog memasing untuk story kepada mereka yang telah berjaya menurunkan 3kg .(pandai2 koranglah mcm mana nak story..)

8.Penyertaan terbuka kepada sesiapa yang berminat kecuali mereka yang mempunyai penyakit yg serius & Mengandung adalah tidak dibenarkan sama sekali.

Day 2

8.00am: Fresh fruit + veggies salad
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am: Fruits
12.00pm: Veggies and fresh fish grilled or steam
2.30pm: 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits
5.30pm : Workout for 30 minutes ( brisk walk)
7.00pm : Veggies and steamed fish
10.00pm: Fruits
2 glass of water before sleep

Day 3
Get up from bed: Drink water + lemon or Fresh juice (only fresh and no added sugar)
7.00am: 2 glass of water
8.00am: Fresh fruits salad
9.30am: 2 glass of water
10.00am : Fruits
12.00am: Fresh fruits salad
2.30pm : 2 glass of water
3.00pm: Fruits

Note: NO JUNK FOOD, NO COFFEE OR TEA, NO STIR FRY AND NO CAN FOODS during this entire process. Please make sure u have enough sleep as well.

Tak tau nak makan apa!!!!!

Tah ler dah brapa hari cabaran 99 HTN berlangsung...
Tp yg pasti, raya haji yg lepas xmakan pun nasi impit...
Pendek kata, berjaya mengharungi hari getir tersebut dgn tenang tanpa rasa teringin...
Hingga ke hari ini pun, rasa tak berselera nk mkn nasi...
Sbnrnya dah xtau nk makan apa...
Nak makan tomyam, dh jemu...

Sup pun jemu...
Sandwich pun jemu...
Grill Chicken pun jemu...
Nak makan herbalife pun dh jemu...
Tah ler apa yg nak telan nih...
Amik phyto fiber ajer...
Tu pun kdg2 terlupa...

Hubby kita kesiankan kita sbb xlalu nk makan apa2....
Dia ajak ke Bdr Sunway, beli Mc D....Drive-Tru ajer...
Tekak ni tak teringin sgt tp sian lak dia beria-ia ajak pegi....
Alya n Aisya pun teringin nk makan Mc D (eleh.... depa tu bukan makan byk mana pun....)
Sy amik Prosperity Burger....
Tu pun xabih, last2 dh rasa muak...

Tp ada jugak perkabaran yg baik...
Berat sy dh menginjak ke angka 50-an....
Bestnya walaupun apabila dibundarkan masih lagi dlm lingkungan 60....
Hahaha...

Tak kesah la janji scale tu dh tunjuk 5 kt depan tu, sy rasa best dah....
Hehehehe
