Menu Diet Hari ke-4

Seperti biasa, hariku bermula dgn EnerPro with Milo = 98 kcal.


Dalam pukul 11.00, dah lapar balik... Makan mini pau 2 ketul = 66x2 = 132 kcal with nescafe 3 in 1 = 89 kcal.


Inilah lunch utk hari ini.... Brokoli, carrot, kobis bunga (stim), salad, thousand island (home-made) with ayam goreng+tomato+2 slices kentang.
Kalori? Tah la... Agak2 dalam 350 kcal kot...

Ptg2 lapaq lagi... bedal another 2 mini pau which is 132 kcal with nescafe 3 in 1 = 89 kcal....
Sambil2 menonton episod akhir MATAHARI, suap la budak2 ni mkn nasi berlaukkan sotong masak kuning. Last2 masuk gak dalam mulut mama depa ni ha.... Lebih kurang 500 kcal kot....
TOTAL = 1390 kcal....

ala mimi.....how come nk diet..terselit itu ayam goreng.....ishk2..tukaq2 len kali letak ikan ka.....ehehehe...
