Menu Diet Hari ke-6

Breakfast org malas: EnerPro with Milo = 98 kcal...


Pastu, goreng mini hot dog kat anak2 ni, sempat merasa 1 jer = 100 kcal


Kukus mini pau utk my hubby, tp teruja dgn pau tu, belasah gak 2 biji = 132 kcal




Lunch just amik ayam bakar+salad+brokoli+tomato+carrot+kobis bunga =3oo kcal


Kena suap anak2 makan, baru makan byk sikit... Harapkan diorg, mkn sikit ajer... Sambil2 dok main tu, suapkan depa nasi putih dgn ikan masak asam... Favorite saya & anak2 ni... Last2 mama depa pun bantai sekali = 300 kcal...




Ni baru je makan seketul swiss roll = 85 kcal....




Malam ni, rasanya nak shake je kot (shake EnerPro) sbb rasa bersalah makan banyak. EnerPro with Milo = 98 kcal...


TOTAL = 1113 kcal....


p/s: ada member bg petua, after breakfast, pastikan 5 jam lepas tu baru amik lunch... after lunch, 5 hours lepas tu baru amik dinner.... in between tu, amik air kosong jer.... air manis hanya utk 3 waktu makan tu jer...
nak cuba disiplin camtu, tp buat 4 jam dulu.... hehehe
